The "mad" in madandwall, Mike is known for creating big, unifying ideas that have helped global brands like HSBC, Chase and CIT. He does this by combining analytical business strategy with results-driven creativity.

Prior to co-founding madandwall, Mike was Vice Chairman, Chief Creative Officer at DDB before launching ML Rogers Agency, which served major blue chip consumer and financial brands. He sold the agency to Dentsu America, where he served as Vice Chairman, helping major international brands find new opportunities to drive growth.
The "wall" in madandwall, Eric has more than 20 years of Wall Street experience as president of Wall Street Access, where he managed the firm's online brokerage, asset management and institutional research and trading businesses. Before that, Eric worked on global accounts Merrill Lynch, American Express and AT&T at Burson-Marsteller.

Eric serves on the board of trustees of Emerson College and chairs the investment committee managing the college's endowment. He holds FINRA licenses series 7 and 63 and previously held series 24, 9, and 10.
