Eric brings more than 20 years of Wall Street experience and a dozen years on Madison Avenue to his position as co-founder and chief strategist of madandwall. As president of Wall Street Access, Eric managed the firm's online brokerage, asset management and institutional research and trading businesses. At the public relations firm Burson-Marsteller, Eric worked on global accounts including Merrill Lynch, American Express and AT&T.

Eric serves on the board of trustees of Emerson College and chairs the investment committee managing the college's endowment. He holds FINRA licenses series 7 and 63 and previously held series 24, 9, and 10.

Mike is a front-line innovator who combines analytical business strategy with results-driven creativity for the world’s great companies. Mike is known for creating big, unifying ideas that have helped to position, build, grow and sustain a wide range of financial services brands. These include HSBC, The Bank of New York, Chase, Value Line Investment Survey and CIT. Mike began his career at Doyle Dane Bernbach and served as Vice Chairman, Chief Creative Officer, responsible for some of the industry’s most famous and iconic campaigns.

Before co-founding madandwall, Mike headed ML Rogers Agency, which served major blue chip consumer and financial brands. He sold the agency to Dentsu America, where he worked as Vice Chairman, helping major international brands find new opportunities to drive growth.

Carla brings rich experience helping clients define, articulate and execute strategies that drive growth. For over two decades, she has been leading teams at top-tier domestic and international firms, ranging from an economic think tank to Baron Capital, and large multinationals, Banamex (Citigroup), JPMorgan, and UBS.

As a strategic thinker, Carla has a natural ability to reveal the essence of a firm through powerful memorable messages that allow it to deliver its competitive advantage to clients and investors alike. She is inspired by financial innovation and enjoys helping clients build highly effective businesses and teams. Her interests originate from a deep understanding of marketing, capital-raising, and investor relations.
Tony is a strategic public relations and communications specialist with expertise positioning financial services companies as market leaders in trade and Tier 1 national media. After selling his agency, he managed communications for a NYSE-traded REIT, and grew Gregory FCA into one of the country’s largest independent PR agencies.

With a background in public policy, Tony knows how to handle regulatory affairs and has spent time in Washington, D.C., managing governmental and public relations for trade associations.  He is a past Director of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
Director of media, David Adelman, brings a career of ground-breaking industry experience as a change agent and a pioneer in traditional and digital platforms for financial brands, including Chase, Fidelity, Rockefeller Financial, Alger Management, Synovus, Bank of America and Jackson Hewitt.

David has developed customized analytical tools to yield greater effectiveness in the financial services category, helping brands better identify and leverage the vast resources available for micro targeting and message penetration. David is a widely-followed media commentator, a frequent speaker and teacher of graduate level integrated marketing at NYU.
Marianne is a senior analyst and planner whose specialty is developing  growth strategies for financial services clients, which have included Standard & Poor’s, McGraw-Hill Financial, ABN AMRO, and CBOE.

Marianne is a highly analytical thinker and doer whose research-based  findings and insights help madandwall clients evolve their positioning and communications to raise their profile, establish leadership and capture share of mind and market.  She is instrumental in developing and executing multi-platform ideas that impact critical influencers and decision makers throughout every step of the distribution chain.
Michael Rice is a Managing Director and Founding Member of Track One Capital Services, a boutique advisory firm providing strategic guidance and tactical execution assistance throughout the Financial Services industry.

Having led more than 10,000 Financial Advisors as the President of two major brokerage units, Mike knows what it takes to create real innovation and drive business transformation. Mike helps madandwall refine and differentiate products and service offerings to develop the right distribution plan and attract the platforms, advisors and investors that make a real difference. His focus is on the long-term enterprise value clients can achieve through the combination of vision, strategic management and execution.
Anne heads up madandwall’s San Francisco office. As a marketer who has delivered results both online and off, Anne’s focus is on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives in client acquisition, retention and partnership development.  She’s played key roles launching new initiatives for small e-commerce companies and medium-to-large financial institutions targeting both B-to-B and B-to-C.

As Director of Marketing for a financial data company, Anne built a marketing, advertising and inside sales function from scratch; defining the vision, strategy and messaging for direct response acquisition campaigns and building strategic partnerships.
Walter offers the combination of corporate and financial knowledge, operational expertise and strategic counsel that many companies need to seize opportunities and compete aggressively in today’s complex and ever changing world of financial services marketing.

Walter brings to madandwall clients expertise gained from managing investment partnerships, selecting equity managers, hedge funds and other alternative investments, and real estate investment and management. His past experience includes working as CFO at Kohlberg and Company and at Kisco Senior Living, and  chief investment officer at a family office and private foundation.
